Booking Policy

For HD brows, BrowSculpt and LVL you must be 16 by the time of your appointment. For lip blush you must be 18 at the time of your appointment.

For lip blush clients only, a £30.00 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking (this is taken off the total cost of your treatment). For all other treatments, a £10 non- refundable booking fee is required.

Booking fee to be made via bank transfer.

All clients must give 48 hours notice to amend/cancel your appointment. Any changes to your appointment within this timeframe will result in a 50% charge of the treatment. Your appointment will not be rebooked until this has been paid.

If you do not show up to your appointment, the FULL treatment cost will be required before you can rebook your appointment.

If your medical history could affect your suitability for the treatment please advise of this prior to booking.

SPMU Treatments Please Note

The healing process for lip blush can take 6-10. The healing time depends on your body regeneration, age, immune system, lifestyle and aftercare. Itching and scabbing/flaking is completely normal when the skin is repairing itself.

For lip blush, a top up is usually required 6-10 week after your initial appointment.

Patch Test

Patch tests are required for all new clients at least 48 hours prior to your appointment

You will need a new patch test if:

• There has been a change to your medical history

• You have tested positive for Covid-19

• You have had a Covid-19 vaccine or booster

• You are trying a new treatment and not yet had a patch test for

It is your responsibility to contact me to book your patch test in. If you have not had a patch test 48 hours prior to your appointment, it will be rearranged
